About us

We are blessed with a beautiful agricultural country and producers with a passion for creating quality produce for consumers.

Farmer’s Paddock was founded in 2011 to support local producers… We buy direct from Western Australian producers and sell direct to consumers, No middle men.

Farmer’s Paddock tells the wonderful stories of our producers and gives everyday consumers the ability to access the very best WA has to offer.

What are our standards?

Our ethos of buying local is founded on supporting local farmers we know and trust, as well as managing food miles (and your indirect carbon footprint).

Almost everything we sell is made or grown in WA and absolutely everything is Australian! - So we can always tell you where it came from and how it was grown. You’re even free to speak to the farmer!

We visit the farms we work with frequently and have a personal relationship with every producer. Therefore, if you have questions - we have answers.

In a world plagued with food security and traceability issues, we believe our short supply chain works to everyone's advantage.

How do we help producers?

Growing and producing food is a lot of work.

Selling food is even more additional work! A farmer who decides to sell his or her products directly to the public has to be a producer, driver, public relations manager, cashier, stock manager and salesperson.

We pay producers upfront and assume the risk of selling their goods. We manage their stock, sales, distribution and marketing, so our producers can focus on what they do best!

It cant all be good...surely?

Buying locally means eating with the seasons, so you won’t necessarily get spring lambs all year round!

Supporting local farmers also means we don't have an unlimited supply of scotch fillet or eye fillet, so we encourage our consumers to try something different. You WILL be impressed.

What do we do?

Our physical and online shops make it easy for consumers to support local farmers directly.

Through our online store, customers can view what is available or coming up. We manage the sourcing, packing and delivery so customers receive fresh produce every time.

  • ... believe in the importance of food security?
  • ... believe that food traceability and responsibility is paramount?
  • ... believe in supporting producers that provide to the highest levels of quality?
  • ... believe in the ethical treatment of animals (even those for consumption)?
  • ... just really like good quality meat!?
Then read on because I think we will get along just fine!

Do you only sell meat?

Yes, we currently only sell meat! But sometime in the future, we hope to expand into other products. Stay tuned!

Why buy online?

We’re changing the face of butchery in Perth. Here you can choose what you want, in your time (not the stores opening times) and have the convenience of having it delivered almost straight to your kitchen!

We will prepare and pack it fresh, so you’re getting the very best the product has to offer.

Will you deliver to me?

Currently we only deliver to certain suburbs To find out if your suburb is on this list please contact us @(08) 9444 8699 or eat@farmerspaddock.com.au.

There is a $10 delivery charge on all orders delivered and we a have a minimum purchase quantity of $50.
